Shipping Rates

All shipping and delivery rates are listed in Canadian dollars and apply to eligible Canadian delivery addresses and approved local delivery areas.

Standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more	3 to 5 business days	Free
Express shipping	1 to 2 business days	$20 CAD

Free standard shipping applies when the qualifying order value is $75 CAD or more.

Orders below $75 CAD are charged a $12 CAD standard shipping rate.

Customers may select express shipping for $20 CAD where that option is available during checkout.

Shipping eligibility and rates are calculated during checkout. The final shipping method, charge, and estimated delivery time displayed at checkout will apply to the order.

Local Same-Day Delivery

East Coast Connect offers local same-day delivery in selected areas, including Dieppe, Sackville, and Amherst.

Local delivery availability, delivery times, and applicable fees are determined based on your delivery location and order details.

Customers eligible for local delivery will see the available delivery option during checkout.

Orders must meet all applicable legal requirements, including age verification requirements for regulated products.

Delivery Processing Times

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier or prepared for local delivery.

Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, high order volumes, or circumstances outside East Coast Connect's reasonable control.
